We have just sent a late application, the deadline was 2 weeks ago.

Is it harder to get an interview compared to an application sent before the deadline?

What kind of growth should a startup have to get the interview?

I read that late applications will be read after the interview cycle, this at the end of the month. When should I expect to receive the email for the interview and the day slot? At the begin of May? middle? end?
