Ask HN: Establishing a Company with Spouse

Me and my wife have an idea to build a startup together. Although in my country--I don't know about the other country--it is legal to establish a company with my spouse, I want to know from the investor's perspective; is it ok to establish a company with my spouse? I mean do you want to invest in company which is founded by a husband and wife?
