What can I build that you wish existed?

I used to think that my projects filled some market hole but after years of learning to code and trying to produce something workable, I no longer believe my great ideas of yesteryear have the potential to be worth the time to finish and mostly the holes have been filled by the leading companies.

I have the skills and I have the time but I can't think of any web applications that are practical to complete on my own and have reasonable potential for a paying/expandable customer base.
