Ask HN: What should we know logistics-wise to launch an int'l marketplace site?

We're launching a site where people can post their digital goods for sale and others can buy them.

What do I need to know as far as 1) paying taxes, and 2) getting appropriate legal contracts with the sellers I work with? Is there one place to find this information?
