Ask HN: Tips to develope a tech startup in emerging countries

Hi HN, I'm a entrepreneur from México and I'm working in a startup idea, but since I start working in it I have experienced a lot of problems, because in my country there is not that support for entrepreneurs as in other countries like in USA; here they give more support to people to find a job, than to people to create new ventures. So I'm curious of what tips from entrepreneurial countries, can I get, so I can spread the word here in my city and country, to become a entrepreneur country that create work for more people.
