Ask HN: Need a good pdf reader

I'm reading many technical pdf papers on my laptop. Many of them follow the typical portrait two-column format. The whole-width view couldn't display the whole page. I'm looking for a pdf reader supporting the following two important features:

1. Landscape two-column view. I hate to scroll down to read the left column and then scroll up to read the right column;

2. Auto hyperlink reference. Many papers don't come with the hyperlink references. I hate to jump to the end of the paper to find the reference, and then go back to the original location. I hate to memorize the original location.

Any recommendation?
