Targeting small businesses in the Construction and Real Estate industries?

We are a start up in the process of finishing our website and are considering targeting small businesses in the construction and real estate industries. We will provide online bookkeeping services.

Does anybody have any experience of marketing and selling to small businesses in these two industries?

And do you have any advice?
