Ask HN: Entities vs. Keywords, what's the better way to filter content?

I am extracting entities (names, objects, places) as well as top keywords (based on count) from articles being submitted to my site.

Now, I would like the standard feature of listing content by tags. What do you think is a better way to search - by showing the user all entities and letting them search all content by entities or by keywords?
