Ask HN: Why isn't there any web based UAT software?

I have to lead a business team through UAT for an ecommerce storefront. I'm probably going to use some word and excel templates, which isn't very ideal for keeping track of aggregate progress and detailed issues that are found. A quick search on the web doesn't show any SASS tools to help this process...am I missing something, or is this a niche market that is not being served?
