For those who don't want to click on the link to the image that Tripsy tweeted out the story is: Techcrunch wrote an article with the headline: "MakeSpace, The Dropbox For Physical Storage, Packs Up $8 Million Led By Upfront Ventures" to which they Tweeted at Techcrunch, "the #startup you call the "Dropbox for physical storage" is actually just what most people call storage. "

I think his highlights just how disconnected some people have become from reality. We don't refer to our home phones as, "The Skype for real telephones"

But as opposed to just 'storage', they will pick up and lock up your items in storage... just like Dropbox does for cloud storage... Makes perfect sense to me.

This joke was reused from an earlier tweet on the subject that had went viral.

Do normal people ever even form thoughts about 'tech'?

I don't mean that to be a slight against so called normal people, I mean they don't care about the thing 'tech' is being used to describe in the tweet.
