How does the political unrest in Ukraine affect software development?

I'm curious if anyone has experience working with developers or teams of developers in Ukraine. Is there any impact on your business? Do you do anything to help? What contingencies do you plan for? Knowing what you know now, would you make any changes? Does this constitute force majeur? Thanks.
