Ask HN: Phone screening tools for front end devs?

So I'm hiring (www.spotlite.com/careers) and I'm looking for better tools for the phone screen.

We have used codinghire.com for phone interviews with regular devs. It is great for having people do simple stuff like implement a short class, or write a function, but phone screening the front end has some challenges.

Just a text box is great for running devs through FizzBuzz, but when I want to test that they know how to use JQuery (or Angular, whatever), CSS, and HTML together, the limitations of a textbox become apparent.

Is there such a thing as a shared, online html editor with automagical preview and the ability to park interview questions (basically coding hire with live html preview)?

Because if there is, that would be awesome.

Thanks!
