Why Lisaac is broken and why I no longer work on it

Lisaac is a programming language with kind of an unconventional looking syntax (or at least not "mainstream looking" I would say) that used to be featured on the The Computer Language Benchmarks Game, with impressive metrics.

I was wondering what happened to it since it seems to have "dissappeared". Anyway. I found an interesting article by someone who worked on it and later found Google's go lang more appealing.
