From the latest pic[0], it looks like the AeroVelo Atlas[1]. Some details on their design can be found on their site[2], although the info looks to be from 2012.
I didn't know what an "Ornithopter" was, so at first I thought it was just some form of glider. That is, until it started flapping its wings - pretty cool! :)
