Meta, which is behind the $800m, 960-acre artificial intelligence (AI) datacenter campus, said independent testing by its contractor found no evidence of the bacterium and questioned the validity of the city’s own tests.

Deny, deflect, litigate ... finally settle for $2000 with no admission of guilt and can never take legal action again for the crime.
