You can tell that the model was trained on images from real-estate listings, because what's visible through the windows looks like a picture of a house from a real-estate listing.

Well, anyone ABLE to buy a home probably has the money to pay someone to put in that fake fireplace.

Being able to afford remodeling your house is one thing, but being able to get permission to remodel your house can be a far more difficult proposition.
