This lingered around my mind a few times on unrelated stories. But couldn't find it later (not quickly anyway) as I had forgotten how it was named.

Title shortened & to undo exaggeration. Often referred to simply as "Helsinki bus theory".

Edit: A better source is linked at the bottom of the Medium article:

https://petapixel.com/2013/03/13/the-helsinki-bus-station-th...

The Internet Archive had this also:

But I considered it unkind to have a HN submission hammer the IA.

I was expecting something about how, back in the early millennium. Helsinki replaced its original surface-level bus station with an architectually interesting underground one. Instead, this is a motivational article, formatted in LinkedIn-speak and as vapid as one of those classic Successories posters. Also a good example about how if content is hosted at Medium, it's probably not worth one's time compared to a classic blog.

Hmm... "STAY ON THE BUS is excerpted from the commencement speech at delivered at the New England School of Photography in June 2004" (sources seem to differ on the year)
