Ask HN: Enable web search for my local Qwen?

I have a Qwen3.8-27B running inside wsl vm. How do I enable it to do web search? Surprisingly, all answers I got from AI look fairly complex. ChatGPT drove me for writing my own agent for websearch, Claude directed me to two other dependencies to install and so on. I hoped this is a basic need and should have already solved.
