Show HN: Codewindow – Picture in picture for terminal agents

Hey HN - when I first started using Arc browser from the Browser Company, I loved the picture in picture feature they got for videos running in the background. When you switch desktops or windows, the video would just pop up and keep playing in a different desktop and you were able to move the widget around or size it.

I found myself having a similar need for coding agents. This is because coding agents like Codex are running longer and longer. If I do not watch it continously, I miss the bad practices it implements or the bugs it introduces.

However it is kind of boring to do that too. So I default to dealing with other tasks or just scrolling X.com sometimes.

So I built a widget where it reads the terminal for coding agents (Codex, Claude Code and Pi) and when you leave the terminal, it shows you a widget for each agent running with its live actions. From different windows, you can check what it is doing.
