Damn Meta for inventing the camera... I mean the portable camera... I mean the glasses camera...

Luckily smartphones don't have cameras and are allowed in Court.

Well some smartphones have cameras but then the smartphone's flash is wired to come on when they're recording.

The headline doesn't match the article. Courts are private spaces. You have no right to privacy in a public space. All of the people I see taking videos of the police and posting them online are evidence of this.
