We watch the Big Bear eagle camera. (I should say it plays in the background.)

And some of the fun of it is listening to just the "nature" sounds, mostly birds. But, specifically, the coyotes. We have a snippet of them going for I think 5-10 minutes, just non stop yipping and howling. A small pack of them out there, somewhere, in the forest. It's like a scene out of the movie "Zootopia".

Not yet, maybe someday. You’re listening to a set of field recordings I made in the spring of 2026. There are close to four hours of recordings, taken from various locations at Shilshole Marina over a few weeks. You could listen for quite a long time and never hear the same thing twice. I’ll keep adding recordings as conditions allow.
