Taiwan should save it's energy and effort. Why would they need war drills? Certainly not for China. Taiwan has no ally. The US just squandered its arsenal on phantom nukes and proved itself unreliable to the world. There seems no chance that the US would dare challenge China if they made a move. Such efforts would be better spent on other things.
