I'm not convinced that the majority of people have either the skill or inclination to craft a good prompt nor the awareness to determine whether the answers they get from the software are correct.

I don’t think so either. I’d equate it more towards writing a novel now. Technically anyone can do it with a computer and some time, but you need folks to be interested. A lot of people aren’t interested or opinionated about their software. And that’s fine!

I agree, I think the era of trying to adapt your work, business, or life to work the way a project manager or app designer thinks is best for you needs to come to an end. Our tools should adapt to meet our needs, we should not need to adapt to fit our tools.
