Some 180 kg of explosives were used today, Adevărul reported, to move a large rock restricting the flow of water.
Acting defence minister Radu Miruță hailed the operation as a success, saying it will help with cooling of the plant and water transport on the river.

180 kg is puny by WWII torpedo standards. And "move a rock in the river" was old back when the Xia dynasty was the hottest new thing in China. (~4k years ago.)

I get that countries are having to do all sorts of stuff to deal with the drought and low river levels. And maybe I'm getting too old. But this article has a feel of desperate clickbait, written by children too young to know that history exists.
