Anyone could have (and can still) just take a screengrab from maps and use nano banana. People trying to spread false information were not suddenly empowered by this tool

launching products with little or no due diligence

The downfall of humanity is in these "persons" that believe that dangerous things like sharp tools and fire should not be around.

The core problem remains in the cultivation of humanity.

In this case I agree. Trusting user provided images or assuming they aren’t altered was dumb long before AI became available

Would be the snipers aware that they continuously prove the point...
