How to reach Airbnb's customer support with a US person?

We're in the middle of a 43 nights stay in a foreign country and are facing an urgent matter which is making us leave the property. So far, trying to contact customer support has been useless and it seems a different person "handles" the case every other hour and comes in blank just asking what we need. We would like to talk to someone who can actually do something about it.
