As a dev, would you use a form backend tool?

Hello!

I just found out form backend tools exist, what they do and that people actually make money from it (and ofc I made my one).

That left me with a question: as a developer would use a tool like this? And why or why not?

Sure, it has email notifications, spam filtering and some app integrations (Slack, Discord).

But with enough time, you could build your own tool or custom pipeline. However, it does help to ship forms more reliably and faster.

Would it be enough for you to use a service like this?

Looking for genuine feedback. This is a brand new category of tools.

btw, if you'd like to check the one I built, here it is: formplume.com
