Show HN: I visualized "Who's Hiring?" vs. "Who wants to be hired?" over time

I had a thought earlier that it would be an interesting look at the tech market (or at least the HN audience) at the moment by visualizing comment count ratios on the monthly hiring posts, do I did.

Not a data scientist, and this was just a quick fun thing, but I do find it gives some interesting insights. Maybe it sparks some discussions here!
