Show HN: 3GPP Spec Manager – A GUI app to track and download 3GPP specifications

I built another simple desktop GUI utility to track and download the latest specifications from the 3GPP.

It downloads the specifications, extracts the zip files, and saves them to a pre-designated folder.

My previous Chrome extension only supported PDFs, but this app can download specifications in Word format as well. Feel free to choose the version you need.

Figured some network/telecom engineers here might find it useful.
