This is a misleading headline. It’s a ruling on one single case about whether the company could exit a contract with an employee because of their claim that their business had fundamentally changed due to AI coming into the picture or something like that. The court ruled that AI wasn’t sufficient to meet the wording of the employment documents. It’s not a general ban on efficiency from AI.
