“High agency” is now being branded as a personality trait. It implies decisiveness, self-assurance and a willingness to take risks, a predilection for thinking “outside the box”

That really seems like something an HR person asks in an interview, but practice at work all the managers hate...

Granted that's not the point of the article, I agreed with the article and it was a good read.
