Ask HN: Any Vim/Nvim-first coding agents/extension?

Hi everyone,

I've been a heavy nvim/vim user my entire life and while all these TUI-based coding agents are great (claude code, codex, opencode, etc) I still feel like a vim/nvim coding agent (if built well) can really dominate this space for vim/nvim users. I think most TUIs are too opinionated and limited.

I've tried building out some basic local scripts and nvim functionality via lua but I don't have time nor the skill set necessary build a quality extension.

I've searched online but haven't found anything yet. Has any experimented with any projects in this space?
