It's really hard, but I found a good way to focus on friends and non-tech activities. Social networks like Reddit or services like YouTube become less important and it doesn't aggravate as much when it becomes less of a focus.
Curse the shitty changes; if possible, switch to an alternative; stop the use of the enshittified service and if none of the above works, begrudgingly continue with the enshittified experience.

As builders we should find pride in producing something beautiful. As the norm becomes more shitty, something nice becomes more refreshing.
