Is this issue related to the apps requiring access to the internet? The certificate that expired is used to secure inter-process communications and the expiration resulted in the software not being able to start successfully. It is not related to internet connection and affects the Options+ offline installer as well.

Use BTT or Solarr, both are miles better than Options

It's both reassuring and frustrating. Reassuring because they decided to secure IPC somehow. Disappointing because this is such an unexpected failure mode.

My scroll direction broke, custom operations that I had apparently "saved" to the mouse also stopped working.
