Uniform headshots can't replace genuine human connection. But they serve as visual anchors that reinforce team identity. When every team member's photo shares the same professional quality, background style, and visual tone, it creates a subliminal message: we belong together.

I can't agree. What it actually says is "these aren't real people".

Why, just because they have similar clothing and background?
