Ask HN: who here has tried LinkedIn ads?

We have B2B Saas product with moderately high CLV. So I'm thinking that LinkedIn ads (at roughly $2 per click) should work great. However, we're not getting very effective click through rates (~ 0.013%), and as a result I think our ads stop getting impressions (looks like LinkedIn throttles ads that aren't very effective).

Who here is having success advertising a B2B SaaS product on LinkedIn?
