Your calm is contagious but so is your chaos

In many cases, the parents catch the chaos from work and bring it home.

For a while I had a boss who was very stress inducing. Several members of the team started having problems at home with their relationships as a result. I lived alone and thought I was fine, until I noticed I hand makes on my hands from nails in the morning from clenching my fists as I slept all night… something I only ever experienced while working for that boss.

Sometimes stress has to be rooted out at the source. A person can only buffer so much for so long.

I am thinking it is best to view life health first. If the job makes you unhealthy it is not worth it for any money. Find another job.

I also wonder if the employment relationship creates more stress? Like if you have 6 clients and 1 is stress but 5 are energising that might be Ok vs just one stressful boss.
