DOS/4GW or not. I heard Doom, but I’m not convinced. Looking for insights! Thanks.

Seems Links 386 Pro beat them to it in 1992.

“It employs Phar Lap's 386 DOS-Extender 4.1“

Wow, you right:

The official release date of Links 386 Pro was in the second week of July 1992. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Links_386_Pro

Watcom C/386 compiler version 7.0 was released in 1989 and was one of the first 32-bit compilers for DOS targeting the 386 CPU.

Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers (Sierra) was published 1993 too - Sierra adventure games using Watcom C/386.

Release date of Gabriel Knight was 1993-11-22, Doom was 1993-12-10.

Bam.
