Leaving out chargers, cables, and headphones I'm sure saves money.

I gotta also think it cuts back on e-waste. At this point I really don't need any of the devices I buy providing me with token USB-C cables. Lots of devices provide token USB C cables and they're terrible.

I'd prefer a x% off voucher for one of those things should I actually need it.

As it stands it's just less product for the same money.

While I like the idea as a consumer in a very general sense, I think managing a bazillion vouchers and etc would be a pain / customer service nightmare.
