From what I can find, Kmart only has 3 remaining stores (Miami, Guam, and US Virgin Islands).

While I am all for getting these types of cameras out of retail stores, I’d hardly call them a “retail giant” at this point. A multi-year investigation hardly seems worth it when they will likely be out of business on their own merits soon enough.

This is about KMart Australia. Australia is a country, similar to the United States. You should look it up sometime.

They did $9.2 billion in revenue for the 2020 financial year. Quoted from the article, which is worth reading.

Kmart Australia has zero relationship with Kmart US. Totally different companies. That's the confusion here.
