This is the sign that it is time to move to a different registrar.

I started with GoDaddy and moved to NameCheap.

Where should I go now?

Porkbun or Cloudflare are the usual recommendations. CF sells domains at cost so they're a bit cheaper, but they have fewer TLDs and they lock you into using their nameservers.

Dynadot is also decent and they support IDN.
