Ask HN: How do you set Newsletter pricing? Confused 8k

My direct question is to newsletter owners.
I know there are many sites and resources, but i want to know from users here as well, how do you set a newsletter pricing.
I have an audience built from past 4 years to 8k members on my newsletter, its in the tv showbiz industry.
Open Rate is around 20-25% and click rate is around ~ 1% +- 0.5% .
Never sponsorsed in mail, i wanted to ask what pricing would be nice.
Newsletter sends 4 mails per week, pre week.
Any help would be appreciated.

It is a hard one.
A friend of mine has a few newsletters, and one of them in is in tech space that has an open rate of 60% with around <3K members and a click rate of 20%.
She doesn't know if these are good stats to place in a sponsored email as well.
I know right, its confusing.
Were she able to figure something out?
