Ask HN: Did Wolt Disable Apple Pay in EU?

Wolt, a major Postmates/Uber Eats-like player in Europe seems to have disabled the Apple Pay payment option in Europe. But my App Store account is US-based, and my CC was issued in the US. How does Wolt determine where it’s allowed to not offer Apple Pay? Why would they do that?
