Show HN: Signal MCP Client

Hey, I'm playing around with MCP servers right now and I wanted to use them remotely and share them with friends. The easiest way for me was to create a Signal MCP client that I can message from anywhere and that I can share with friends. Maybe that's interesting for some people here too. I saw a lot of MCP servers here recently.
