High school isn't preparing kids for work either. Millions of HS grads need to work right away. They to have been trained in a field that's hiring.

They also need job placement because job portals silently delete 100% of applications w/o job history.

Big businessmen always say this. They're trying to externalize training costs to the job seekers, rather than paying for specialized training themselves.

Correct. Hence why they continue to claim there is “no time to train” their staff since they are too busy training AI models to replace them.

They are getting more creative of their excuses.
