The claim of scaling from 100 microwatts to a watt in a year seems... dubious. The main limit of these is the extremely low power they can generate, and there's only so much you can increase it before they become dangerous themselves. (Well, also, producing the isotopes is a pricey endeavor).

Nickel isotope with diamond semiconductor…very interesting.
