Ask HN: Best Speed Reading PDF?

I remember reading a fabulous speed reading PDF in December that I had downloaded then. Unfortunately I didn't copy it from my phone and since then my phone has died. The PDF was very similar to Kris Madden's book but a bit more pedantic. If you know of it, I'd love to have the link. I have plenty of time this summer to read it after I get off work.
