Ask HN: Privacy concerns with foreign corporation in California

Hi folks, I have incorporated c corp in delaware and looks like I have to file personal information of CEO and other board members to California Secretary of State. This results my personal information and addresses to be shown publicly and I am not that comfortable doing that even though I am not doing anything illegal.

Do you know any solution for these privacy concerns? Thanks!

Generally, company details including the owner personal details, become publicly available.

Eg. compare it to https://e-justice.europa.eu/searchBris.do

With CA following EU's example more than once, not surprised they'd have the same requirement, which effectively renders it a federal rule as long as you want to do business in CA.
