I worked as an aerospace engineer, in stress analysis, for 6 years. Without a whole lot more context, these are useless. What analysis system are these matrices for? MSC/NASTRAN? What are the units? Imperial or SI? The references to 8mm tape and "mt" make me think the whole thing is from the mid 1990s, too. Without the larger context this is junk.
