Aside from the obvious "lie down with dogs get up with fleas" type comments this is pretty straightforward: telsa depends on cheap foreign imports and worldwide labour. Trump is pursuing protectionist policies which will be unhelpful.

Trump is unlikely to help wind and solar, both of which consume tesla battery systems. Trump cannot align strongly to Musks anti unionism, the teamsters will kill his vote.

SpaceX may be a different story because state actors love LEO and launch capacity and making NASA look silly would amuse the charlatan in chief.

I saw a loony prediction of Musk ejecting from tesla in 2025 which I don't think will happen but if the board knew what was good for them they'd look for other lines of engagement.
